Draw mechanics

The winner is randomly chosen using the Google Random Number Generator, the ticket number you are allocated after purchase will appear on the spreadsheet that will be part of the random draw.

If a prize doesn't sell out it just means we didn't promote it well enough and it just increases your chances of a win as the draw will take place at the listed time and date specified.

Payment

Yes, Your payment details are safe and tokenised, the details will only appear on our site as stars * only showing the last 3 numbers of your payment card. If the site were ever to be breached the responsible party would also only see a tokenised batch of details.

Yes, you are able to allocate funds to your wallet to enable no over spending. You will also notice on your account section that you can set limits and even opt out for periods of time if you wish.

Prize Mechanics

Depending on what the prize is we have different procedures, . Firstly if you become a winner on a live draw night you will be notified within 24hrs of the draw and the process would be to decide on wether the prize is requested or its cash alternative. If you are an instant winner again if its a physical prize you shall be notified via email to which again you will decide on wether to take the prize or cash alternative, site credit wins will be automatically added to your wallet and you will be able to use this throughout the site.
